HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can sign-up here or go to ‘My Account’ available at the top right next to the search icon and click on ‘Create an account’

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Click here and click the 'Forgot your password?’ An email will sent to reset your password.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?

Please login here using your email and password created in order to update your details click on ‘View Addresses’ > ‘Edit’ 

    HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

      By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Mums & Bumps account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed. If you would like to amend your existing address simply click on ‘My Account’ next to the search icon, click on ‘View Addresses’ > ‘Edit’ the address you need to amend. To add new address click ‘Add a new address’.

        HOW DOES THE WISHLIST FEATURE WORK? 

          Simply log in and add items to your wishlist to help you decide on your final selection prior to check out! You can easily access the item list and decide on what needs to be added to your cart. Happy Shopping :) 

            WHAT IS YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM? HOW DO I EARN AND REDEEM IT? 

              Because you are important to us, we want to reward you for every 1AED you spend with us! Every time you order with us you earn points which go straight to your rewards account. You will need those points in order to redeem them against your future orders. As an added value, when you refer a friend you can also get AED100OFF coupon on your next purchase.               WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE? 

              We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. We also accept PayPal payments and Cash on Delivery for UAE only. 

              HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK? 

                Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you need to select ‘Pay via PayPal’ as the payment method and click ‘complete order’. To fully complete your order you need to click on  ‘Click to pay for this order Via PayPal’ button. You will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Mums & Bumps system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure. 

                CAN I PAY WITH ANY CURRENCY? 

                  The website base currency is in AED however to make your shopping easier with us, you can select any of these currencies USD, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, JOD, EGP, QAR available at the drop down menu at the top right which can be used as a guide only while shopping, during checkout all items will be converted back to AED for payment purpose. 

                  ORDER

                  AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART SOLD OUT WHILE I WAS BROWSING? 

                    Be quick! Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. An item may sell out, even though it's in your shopping cart, if someone else finalises their order before you do.  

                    I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL IT? 

                      If you wish to amend or cancel an order please call or email us here as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has been shipped and you have not received the shipment, courier charges will apply as below:
                      • For UAE orders, AED25 
                      • For International orders, AED100
                      If shipment was received, please refer to our Returns Policy.

                      CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

                        Yes of course! Please place an additional order online and we will waive the shipping fee for the additional item if the value is less than AED300. Just call or email us here to let us know for us to send you a FREE shipping coupon! Alternately if the items are over AED300 our free shipping offer applies anyway so feel free to place as many multiple orders as you like.  

                        HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORKS? 

                          Pre-order is available on certain items only with an estimated time frame on when the item would be available for shipment. You can add the pre-order item to your cart and pay at checkout to ensure we get it for you on time! 

                            CAN I COME IN TO TRY ON THE CLOTHES?

                              We are an online store only, and regret there is no facility available for customers to try on garments. Because we want you to love what you have ordered, we therefore offer a FREE exchange to ensure you get the right fit! For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy

                                HOW CAN I FIND MY RIGHT SIZE? 

                                  We recommend staying with your pre-pregnancy size as most garments are cut to accomodate your changing shape. Our detailed sizing guide can be found here and please read the product descriptions as it will mention any specific size variations for certain products. 

                                    HOW TRUE ARE THE GARMENT COLOURS ON THE SITE? 

                                      We try to present the garment colours as true and as accurately as possible. However, slight variations can occur in certain colours via this web site due to your personal computer resolution and monitor settings. 

                                        CAN YOU RE-STOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

                                          If an item displays as OUT OF STOCK this generally means that we tentatively will not be able to restock the item. However for certain items you would be able to see a PRE-ORDER option which will indicate a time frame on when an item will be in stock and ready to ship.  

                                            HOW CAN I GET FURTHER DETAILS/INFORMATION ABOUT A SPECIFIC PRODUCT? 

                                              As we always strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! Each product we carry on Mums & Bumps includes a detailed description, fit and care instructions. If you still require further information on a speicifc item, please send us your query by clicking on ‘Ask a question’ available on each product page. 

                                                HOW CAN I USE A PROMOTION COUPON OR STORE CREDIT VOUCHER? 

                                                  At checkout page, enter or paste your coupon code on the ‘discount code’ field and press ‘Apply’. Your cart total amount will be deducted automatically based on the discount code used. If your promotion code doesn't work it could mean it is expired, or you haven't met one of the criteria for using it. If this doesn't explain why it doesn't work, please contact us and we'll look into it. Coupons/Vouchers/Promo Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any existing offer/discount or during sale period/campaigns. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.

                                                    CAN I USE TWO OR MORE PROMO CODES?

                                                      Lucky you! However, only one promotional code can be used per order. Kindly be reminded coupons/vouchers/promo Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any existing offer/discount or during sale period/campaigns. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page. 

                                                        HOW CAN I ENSURE IT IS SAFE TO SHOP AT MUMS & BUMPS?

                                                          All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Any payment transactions carried out through our website will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. It is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential. 

                                                            CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED? 

                                                              Unfortunately no, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If no one is available at the specified address and the parcel remains unclaimed then it is sent back to us and redelivery charges will apply. We will of course try our best to liaise with the respective courier company to speed up the return process. 


                                                                DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

                                                                  We ship internationally, the shipping fee will show at the checkout page. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days subject to customs clearance. Once you place an order with us and get dispatched we will send you a tracking number to keep track of your shipment.

                                                                    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT? 

                                                                      After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. We will also send you a tracking number to your registered email with us to keep track of your shipment and the respective courier will be in contact with you to arrange for a delivery. 

                                                                        HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT? 

                                                                           

                                                                          • For UAE, place your order before 2pm and we will aim to deliver your order on the next business day otherwise it will be delivered within 2 business days. 
                                                                          • For GCC/Middle East, shipments will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days subject to customs clearance.

                                                                              RETURNS

                                                                              CAN I RETURN THE ITEM/S IF THEY DON'T FIT? 

                                                                                Yes, you can as long as they are returned in original condition and all tags attached within 7 days of invoice date.  You can of course try on the clothes, but please be extra careful with the more delicate styles, so they don't spoil. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy

                                                                                  WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER? 

                                                                                    Please note only store credit with a validity for six months will be issued for returned items and shipping is not refundable. We regret that items that have been worn or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will be denied a refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

                                                                                      CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

                                                                                        Yes, you can return sale items but only store credits will be issued, we do not refund for change of mind and shipping is not refundable. For more information, please refer to our Retrurns Policy

                                                                                          If you join our fabulous e-newsletter list we will keep you informed and updated as and when we run offers, promotions and new designer line that you have to know about! New stock is added frequently, so to avoid disappointment, we will email alert you for the best chance of snapping up any new arrivals. At Mums & Bumps we only gather customer information to improve our customer’s shopping experience and to update them about our new products, services and promotions.                                                                                                       Yes, we offer a special gift wrapping service for only AED10 available at checkout. Simply select ‘Gift Wrapping’ at the cart page and add a FREE personalised gift message. You can also choose to have the shipment delivered directly to the gift recipient.                                                                                                               I AM HAVING GENERAL PROBLEMS ACCESSING OR BUYING FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

                                                                                                                We apologize for any inconvenience but please do report the fault to us immediately here.  From time to time system upgrades and certain browser versions may cause errors and we appreciate your feedback in reporting them.

                                                                                                                    I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

                                                                                                                      At Mums and Bumps we ensure that all items are carefully inspected and quality checked prior to being dispatched to customers. In the very rare event there is a defected item, please email our team immediately here who will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. The item must be returned for inspection in it’s original condition within 2-3 business days upon delivery. If you do not return the item within the given timelines, you might be entitled to receive a store credit or exchange at our discretion. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, misuse, mishandling or washed incorrectly are not considered to be defected and a return will be denied. 

                                                                                                                      WHAT IS YOUR GIFT VOUCHER AND DISCOUNT COUPON POLICY?

                                                                                                                      Mums and Bumps gift vouchers and/or discount coupons can only be usable at www.mumsandbumps.com. They are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. Valid for 6 months from issuance date. Cannot be combined with any other coupon/voucher. If your Gift Voucher value is insufficient for the order you wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods. Kindly note the following: 

                                                                                                                      • Each Gift Voucher or Coupon can only be used once;
                                                                                                                      • Only one Gift Voucher or Coupon can be used per order;
                                                                                                                      • Only one Gift Voucher or Coupon can be used on the website per person per promotion/campaign;
                                                                                                                      • A Gift Voucher or Coupon must be used at check-out page – it cannot be used later on existing orders; and the value of the Gift Voucher or Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping cart and the balance remaining, if any, will be payable by you.
                                                                                                                      • Each Coupon will have a minimum spend value amount that will be stated at the checkout page if the total cart value is less than the minimum spend amount for you to avail the coupon. 
                                                                                                                      • Gift Vouchers with fixed AED value are not eligible for free returns, a fee of AED40 will apply for every exchange and AED20 for a return, please refer to our Returns Policy
                                                                                                                      • Gift Vouchers with fixed AED value are not redeemable towards shipping fee. 
                                                                                                                      • Gift Vouchers and Coupons can only be redeemed while they are valid and their expiry dates cannot be extended.
                                                                                                                      • Coupons cannot be used to buy Gift Voucher or other Coupons.
                                                                                                                      • Coupons are issued in Mums and bumps sole discretion and we are entitled at any time to correct, cancel or reject a Coupon for any reason (including without limitation where a Coupon has been distributed in an unauthorised manner or misused). Users do not have a right to Coupons, and Coupons cannot be earned. Coupons are issued under specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used.
